Solicitors/licensed conveyancers acting on behalf of a prospective buyer or seller in any sale or purchase transaction we conduct on your behalf
HM Land Registry, HMRC, Companies House, DWP and other government agencies
The Council for Licensed Conveyancers
Professional indemnity insurers, accountant/auditors
In circumstances where we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation including Anti-Money Laundering supervisors
We will send to our bank details of your name and bank details to enable funds to be paid to you
Electronic communication
The transmission of information via the internet and by email is not completely secure and any electronic communications with us are at your own risk. Please note that we will never notify you of any change in our banking details by email. If you are in doubt about our banking details please call us to check them. We cannot accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect account.
Length of Retention of Personal Data
Our Terms of Engagement set out the details of the length of time we store files. Electronic data may be stored for longer on a secure server.
Withdrawal Rights
If you decide to withdraw your consent you have the right to do so at any time but this could result in us not being able to continue to act for you.
Right of Access to Personal Data
The Data Protection legislation give you the right to access personal data which we hold.
